Dishwasher
Job Title: Dishwasher/Food Service Worker
Supervisor: Chef/Manager
General Job Description: Wash all Dishes, Silverware, Cups,
Pots, pans.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Wash all
dishes, silverware, cups, mugs, pots, pans, plastic containers and lids according to Department of Health
Regulations. Roll clean silverware in napkins, set up beverage cart for
lunch and dinner, bus tables, sanitize tables and chairs, make regular coffee,
decafe coffee and hot water for tea, set up tables with rolled silverware,
placemats, water cups. Restock plates and fruit bowls and put in kitchen for
next day. Empty trash by dishwashing machine and the two in the kitchen. With a
clean rag wipe all stainless steel surfaces with sanitizer. Help put all
deliveries away in proper place and take boxes out to the recycle bin. Set up
the snack cart by 7:00 p.m.
On trash
days bring all trash cans and recycle cans to the curb.
Qualifications fro Job:
No
experience needed will train
Must be able
to work on your feet for 6 hours
Must be able
to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Must be COVID vaccinated
Should have an approved, clean NYS Drivers License
