Customer Service Representative

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide excellent customer experience.
  • Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
  • Answers calls in a timely matter.
  • Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
  •  Performing other duties as assigned 

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 18 years old or older
  • At least one year in experience in customer service
  • Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • Flexible and willing to adapt and change with a growing company
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from management and supervisors
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, work instructions, etc.
  • Computer experience a must
