Customer Service Representative
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the
- Provide excellent customer experience.
- Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and
exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions;
escalating unresolved problems.
- Answers calls in a timely matter.
- Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information;
completing transactions; forwarding requests.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 18 years old or older
- At least one year in experience in customer service
- Excellent listening, oral and written communication
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Flexible and willing to adapt and change with a growing
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a team environment and take
direction from management and supervisors
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as
procedure manuals, work instructions, etc.
- Computer experience a must
