We’re looking for a Content Producer!
What you’ll be doing:
The Content Producer is responsible for
coordinating and managing all aspects of assigned productions, including
research, writing, budgeting, development of production schedule, field and
studio production, post-production and delivery. This
position can be hybrid – a blend of remote and in-office work. In summary,
this individual will:
- Manage
assigned broadcast and digital content projects
- Monitor
all production activity and internal and external costs for assigned projects
- Work
with Chief Content Officer and Executive Producer in the development of
projects, including research, writing, and crafting of content ideas, proposals
and budgets
- Determine project risk on an ongoing basis,
addressing issues as needed
- Direct single
camera field productions; operates field equipment as required
- Serve as Studio
Producer / Field Producer
- Prepare and
write scripts and supervises the editing process
What you’ll need:
- Minimum
of Bachelor degree in film/media production, journalism, or related field OR
four (4) years of equivalent experience
- Minimum of five
(5) years of experience as a Producer working on a variety of digital and
broadcast projects
- Demonstrated experience in producing both
long-form and short-form content for digital and broadcast platforms
- Computer skills
including Microsoft Office or similar programs
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite, including familiarity
with Adobe Audition, preferred
- Knowledge of editing software programs, including
AVID, a plus
- Demonstrated ability of successfully building
relationships and key partnerships in production sectors
- Outstanding
written and verbal communication skills with high-level of
presentation ability; confident and comfortable with public-speaking
- Must be well-organized, creative, have
exceptional attention to detail and capable of working independently
- Exceptional project and time management skills
with the ability to manage concurrent projects
- Demonstrated leadership ability and continually shows
initiative
- Technical ability and skills to operate
production equipment

Salary and Benefits:
This
is a full-time, exempt salaried position and starting pay will be based on
education, experience and interview.
Starting
range: $52k -$65k.
