Alternatives
is currently hiring a full-time position as an Associate in our Member Services
Department (Member Experience Associate). We are looking for a motivated,
customer services oriented individual to work in our professional team
environment while having fun. Job responsibilities include assisting our
members with daily banking transactions as well as assessing member needs to
offer products and services that will benefit them. Our ideal candidate must
have good attention to detail, a positive attitude and possess a desire and
willingness to learn and grow with our organization, and to work with
underserved communities and individuals. Good communication and time management
skills are essential for success in this role. A high school education or GED
is required. Experience in customer service and cash handling is
preferred.
