We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Associate!

 

What you’ll be doing:

The Digital Marketing Associate will execute multi-channel email, social and digital advertising campaigns to promote BTPM and its family of stations.  The Digital Marketing Associate will also support initiatives, programs, productions, membership and fundraising to meet audience and development goals.  This position can be hybrid – a blend of remote and in-office work.  In summary, this individual will:

  • Coordinate and execute communication campaigns across multiple digital channels
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create, coordinate, and deploy multi-channel digital campaigns
  • Maintain and follow the marketing editorial calendar
  • Ensure diversity practices are implemented in audience messaging and content
  • Implement strategies to reduce unsubscribe rates
  • Implement digital fundraising programs


What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor degree in marketing, public relations, communications, related field OR comparable experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computer programs including Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical skills with abilities to test and troubleshoot
  • Good organizational, time management and prioritization skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, specifically the written word for digital consumption
  • Familiarity with e-mail service providers, social media platforms, digital advertising desired
  • Entry-level graphic design capability a plus (Adobe, Canva, etc.)

Salary and Benefits:

This is a full-time, non-exempt hourly position and starting pay will be based on education, experience and interview.  Starting range: $16 to $18/hr.
