Salary: $19.00-$27.00
an hour based on experience.

About
the Role:
To deliver standardized curriculum as approved by the DMV.
The purpose of IDP is to educate, screen, assess drivers to reduce the threat
to the lives and well-being of the citizens of the state.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate DMV developed curriculums for 16 hours over
seven weeks, or other formats allowed by DMV.
- Complete the required paperwork required for course
completion.
- Complete required trainings as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum
Associates Degree Required, Bachelors Preferred
- Candidate must be approved by NYS Department of Motor
Vehicles

Minimum of 1 year
experience in classroom/group experience required.
Relevant combination of education and experience will be
considered
Preferred Skills:
- Adheres to all applicable federal and state laws and
regulations including, but not limited to, those governing
confidentiality, privacy, program, billing and documentation standards.
All duties must be performed in accordance with CCDR’s corporate compliance
and ethics program.
- Working knowledge of the IDP curriculum goals and
concepts.
- Possession of a valid NYS Driver’s license and a
driver's record considered acceptable by agency and insurance carrier.
- Continuous use of a reliable, registered and insured
vehicle.
- Demonstrate commitment to Agency Mission Statement.
- Provide effective, equitable, understandable and
respectful quality care and services that are responsive to diverse
cultural health beliefs and practices, preferred languages, health
literacy and other communication needs.
