Marketing Specialist
Please note this is a part-time position
Summary of
Responsibilities

toughest materials handling challenges. The Marketing Specialist contributes to
team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, including special
projects.
Essential Duties
·
Performs
marketing outreach duties.
·
Print and
complete production of agency forms and marketing materials.
·
Distribute marketing materials
throughout Han-Tek’s verticals
·
Prepare marketing kits and track
give-away items for business development and recruiting events.
·
Assist with researching competitive
activities and identifying marketing trends.
- Design,
implement and optimize strategies on corporate websites and major social
media platforms for B2B sales and employee recruitment
- Create and
deliver weekly, bi-weekly or monthly editorial calendars
- Create,
curate and manage organic and paid social media content (images, video and
text)
Education, Experience, and
Other Requirements
- In
pursuit of Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Graphic Design,
Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field
- 2-4
years of experience in social media marketing for brands or businesses
- Proficiency
in social media platforms such as but not limited to Facebook, Linkedin,
Twitter, Instagram
- Experience
developing e-mail marketing campaigns, newsletters, and customer facing
blogs
- Excellent
writing, editing (images/video/text), presentation and communication
skills, including ability to think on one's feet and respond in clear,
credible and concise terms
- Demonstrable
social media marketing experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Experience
in graphic design software and tools (Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop,
Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Illustrator, FTP file transfers, etc…)
- Positive
attitude, creativity, adaptability, detail oriented with good multitasking
and organizational ability
- Basic
knowledge of and ability to apply good photographic techniques
Physical and Environmental
The Marketing Specialist is located primarily in an office
environment but may experience other conditions while in the shop on a weekly
basis. Physical requirements include:
§ Occasional
light lifting of 15 pounds or less
§ Awareness of potential hazards, such as nearby
machinery, while in the shop
